Computers and my Family

Different specialists give various names for the word 'computer' - e.g., electronic brain, computer, hardware, electronic computer, electronic calculator, electronic data processing machine, computing machine, - emphasizing the most important capabilities of this smart device. All the terms have a wide extension definitely. The term is an English word 'computer' that means 'calculator'. Cybernation (or computerization) can be seen as implementation of computers into various spheres of human activities - electric engineering, electronic engineering, telecommunications, optical engineering, nanoengineering and the list goes on. Despite the confusing techno-jargon that surrounds it, the fact is simple - computers talk to each other through a network that uses phone lines, cable, and fiber-optic lines. Today a man can make any calculations, science research, diagnostic investigations, teaching and learning, receiving any data, and so on and so forth with the help of this magic device. Professionals at computers are respectful persons - much depends on them - they may create miracles and at the same time they can be criminals. In my family my son and I try to take as many advantages as we can from our PCs. A few years ago, I should confess, Edgar was crazy about computer games. As it is known, video game industry has caught kids' minds and for a long time. Computer games are one of mass applications of microprocessor computer technology designed for leisure, upbringing and education. However, it was hard to take away kids from computers. I could do it thanks to my husband - is truly fond of sports and our son was saved - the dependence of a computer has been evaporated.
